Social network

One of the most important invents in the last ten years are the social networks. They are really popular and millions of people in the world use them every day. there are many different social networks: facebook, tuenti, twiter..., but in Spain more than three million people use tuenti, and most of them are people between fourteen and thirty years old.

The social networks have got many advantages: you can keep there and share with your friends information and photos of your holidays or your family, and you can chat with friends easily even if you are hundreds of kilometers from them.

But as many other things, the social networks can bring important problems too. Our parents are worried because the teenagers spend a lot of time with new technologies. They prefer that we go for a walk with our friends instead of being all the evening chatting on the internet or playing videogames at home. Other important problem with social networks is security. Many people use social networks to fool young people and have personal information about their lives and habits.

In my opinion, we can use the social networks, but we must be careful and we must not forget other ways of spending time, as practicing sports, meeting our friends to go to the cinema or reading books.
